Usually Company's Responsibilities topic we have make documentation in SRS. You can write following things in Company's Responsibilities section:
- Company shall furnish information requested by Developer that is necessary for Developer to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement i.e Server Access, relevant data, formats and forms etc.
- Company shall provide adequate work space and telephone for Developer personnel when such persons are performing on-site services for Company.
- Company shall arrange refreshment in case of daylong on-site activities.
- Company shall nominate persons who will be directly involved with testing, provide requirements and others as applicable.
